2. What We Expect from You

  • Share accurate and timely information
  • Provide access to your website or tools if needed
  • Review our work and give feedback
  • Avoid harmful SEO practices (e.g., buying backlinks or spamming

3. Payment

  • Payment based on agreed plan: hourly, monthly, or project-based
  • Payments are due within 7–14 days of invoice
  • Late payments may include a small fee
  • Work may pause or stop if payment is not received

4. Privacy

  • We keep all business and project details confidential
  • We do not share your data without your permission

5. Ownership

  • After full payment, all work and content belong to you
  • We may showcase general work (without your name) in our portfolio

6. No Promises on Rankings

  • We aim for strong results but can’t guarantee #1 rankings
  • SEO depends on multiple factors including Google updates

7. Ending the Work

  • Either party may end the project with a 14-day notice
  • Work completed up to that point must be paid for

8. Limits of Responsibility

  • We’re not liable for traffic or revenue loss due to algorithm changes
  • We’re not responsible for issues from third-party or client-side changes

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms over time
  • Continued use of our services means you agree to updated terms
